Student union activities teams are some of the most resourceful, passionate people in higher education. They put on thousands of events, run hundreds of societies, and shape the student experience — often with tiny budgets, rapid committee turnover, and not nearly enough support.
Activitus is the platform and partner we wish had existed when we were doing this work ourselves.

We've been in the room
Activitus was founded by people who've actually run student union activities programmes. We know what it feels like when the RA goes missing the night before an event, or when a new committee has no idea what the last one agreed.
Built for SUs, not adapted for them
Most tools sold to student unions were designed for corporate teams and retrofitted. We started from scratch, designing everything around the specific structures, pressures and culture of UK student unions.
Software and expertise together
We're not just a software company. We provide hands-on services too — because sometimes you need a partner, not just a platform. Palette and our services are designed to complement each other.
Long-term partners
We're not interested in a quick sale. We want to be the team behind your team — growing our tools and services as your SU grows its ambitions.
The team
A small team with direct experience.
Activitus was founded by two people with direct experience in student union operations, software development and product design.
We're based in the UK and building Activitus as the partner we wish had existed when we were doing this work.
